Step into Calm Chicago
and enjoy mind/body meditations and Qigong (breath and body exercises) to soothe the mind and relax the body.
Uniting body and mind not only allows relaxation but can help you discover your best self, tap into the energy that comes from knowing who you are and what you need to be doing in this life.
Training and exercising the body provides the health and energy we need to support the mind in this challenging and complicated world.
Training and exercising the mind provides the clarity we need to see life clearly, so that we gain wisdom and compassion and make confident choices.
Qigong (chee-gong) exercises are fun – You’ll feel better and notice the difference the very first time you try them. They are also ideal for those suffering from illness, trauma, accident and those recovering from surgery. Qigong can also benefit those with chronic disorders like diabetes, hyper-tension, asthma, fibromyalgia, arthritis and depression.
Get started on your path to whole body/mind health when you enroll in our 4-week Intro class meeting Sunday mornings
Prefer more individual attention? We offer private and semi-private lessons that allow you to explore this material at your own pace and focused on your own life issues.
