Here’s a new video of Walking Meditation.
Walking is something we do every day, everywhere we go. This is one way to make our meditation practice super portable. As a stress-reducer, mindful walking is hard to beat. Everywhere you go, you can feel calmer, clearer and less stressed. Think how that can change your next trip to the grocery store, trip through the airport smoother and more peaceful. Plus, you’ll help not only yourself but all those around you by being that mellow person in line and not the one having the total meltdown! Come learn more with us in Chinatown or Little Village. Wishing peace and happiness for all beings.
Please enjoy this video of the Yang 24-short form.
I hope it can benefit your practice. Please let me know if you have any questions.
You’ll notice there’s nothing flashy about this tai chi. There are many tai chi practitioners out there and many ways they all perform. I don’t say any one of them is wrong or right, I only practice what my teacher has taught me to the best of my ability. One of the essential, or central principles working in my practice is humility. I also train this for keeping the body healthy, and my mind focused, clear, sharp to help keep calm under everyday stresses. If you like it, you can come try it too.
